The Loyalty & Engagement Awards, honour the best loyalty marketing programs in South Asia, Southeast Asia and ANZ regions. The awards celebrate the best customer centric loyalty and engagement campaigns, and are judged by a panel of experienced loyalty, engagement and relationship marketers, and industry experts.
Both wins, a bronze for Best COVID-19 Response in a Loyalty Campaign, and a silver award for Best Loyalty Program in the Lifestyle category were for the Frasers eStore a collaboration with Placewise Asia Pacific’s longstanding and highly valued client Frasers Property Limited.
