Adrian Heymans (50): Born in The Netherlands, Adrian moved to Poland in 1992 to join his family’s company that at the time focused on consultancy for mid-size companies. Soon after his arrival the company transformed into a real estate development company, and in 1996 opened its first shopping and entertainment center called Promenada. At present Adrian is the CEO of the ECC Group in Poland. Adrian is married to Alexandra and has a son of 26 years.

ECC Real Estate LTD is Polish developer of commercial and residential real estate. With over 25 years’ experience, we focus to develop mid-size shopping centers and multi and single family homes. As of today our developed portfolio reaches over 500 million euro in invested equity. Currently we own and manage a 27.000 m2 GLA shopping center in Pruskow called NOWA STACJA (New Station) and have 150 housing dwellings under development.
