Stian Torres has close to 10 years of commercial operation experience within the Norwegian retail property industry and holds the position as leader of commercial operation for Scala Eiendom.

Scala Eiendom was established in 2012 and focuses on the small and mid-size shopping centres located spread across Norway and Stian has been working close to operations with different properties and has in the last 2 years taken the lead role to roll out systems and procedures to start creating a stronger digital relationship to the customer. Scala has decided on a strategy to create a customer journey that includes the digital space and offers more value to the shopping experience.

Stian holds a bachelor of hospitality management from Emirates Academy of Hospitality Management in Dubai and has prior to Scala been working with hospitality properties in Dubai, UAE and Cape Town, South Africa with Kerzner International.
