Mall Performance Cloud Helps Cushman & Wakefield Engage Shoppers

In January of last year, Cushman & Wakefield, Spain launched Infinity, the real estate consultancy’s branded version, of our European partner Boostcom’s, Mall Performance Cloud. According to an article published last month by Centros Comerciales, after just twelve months the ten Cushman & Wakefield centers in Spain utilizing Mall Performance Cloud have registered 220,000 shoppers for the loyalty program, which represents 15% of total annual visitors for the combined centers.      

The Mall Performance Cloud is a powerful solution that helps shopping centers meet the expectations of the modern shopper, while at the same time enabling digital consolidation, generating shopper data and insights, and inspiring increased shopper engagement both physically and digitally. In fact, of the Cushman & Wakefield centers with Mall Performance Cloud, 50% of the platform users interact on a monthly basis.
