If you know anything about me, you know I’m not what you would call sporty, but I do have my own version of ”home team” pride; even if Tampa is only my current “home”, and the object of my “pride” isn’t a team, but a 56 acre mixed use development.
The city of Tampa, Florida is undergoing a historic transformation, and Strategic Property Partners’ (SPP) Water Street Tampa project is in large part, the impetus behind that renaissance.
As a co-host of the retail real estate and tech podcast Retail Therapy, I had a recent opportunity to talk with Sam Stein, Development Manager at SPP, alongside my co-host John Dee and our guest host Ajay Kapoor, CEO of TouchSource.
