Bio:

Joe Boehm III, is Co-founder and CEO of Provider Real Estate Partners, and serves on the Investment Committee. Prior to co-founding Provider Real Estate Partners, Joe served as the Executive Vice President of Retail Leasing at QIC, an $80 billion Brisbane-based investment corporation, from 2017-2019.  Before QIC, Joe spent 20 years at Forest City Realty Trust, ultimately serving as the Executive Vice President of Real Estate.  He was critical in the orchestration, diligence, and closing of QIC’s $3.2 billion acquisition of Forest City’s retail portfolio, and led the transition of approximately 280 people, $180 million of NOI, and 12 large scale retail and mixed-use assets to QIC.

As the head of retail real estate and leasing at Forest City, Joe lead a team and properties that generated $275 million of NOI.  He was responsible for major tenant relationships, developing value creation and redevelopment plans, and establishing leasing strategy for 29 shopping center and mixed-use properties across the U.S.  Joe spearheaded Forest City’s relationship with QIC, leading to asset divestitures that aligned with Forest City’s deleveraging and portfolio optimization strategy.  He was a managing member of the joint venture responsible for asset performance and strategy for the eight initial properties transferred to QIC.

Joe serves on the Board of Directors of Placewise, a digital transformation platform for retail real estate, and he was the Dean of the John T. Riorden School for Real Estate. Joe received his BS in Accounting from Miami University.
